<p>Sarma je jedno od onih jela koje odmah priziva mirise toplog doma i okupljanja za stolom. Ova tradicionalna delicija, koja se već generacijama prenosi s koljena na koljeno, neizostavni je dio zimskih obroka, blagdana i posebnih prigoda. Ispod slojeva kiselog kupusa krije se savršen spoj okusa – sočno meso, riža i začini koji zajedno stvaraju jelo kojemu je teško odoljeti. Iako priprema sarmi zahtijeva vrijeme i pažnju, svaki se korak isplati jer na kraju dobijemo ne samo jelo, već pravi doživljaj u kojem uživamo polako, zalogaj po zalogaj.</p>



<p>U nastavku vam donosim recept i fotografije cijelog postupka pripreme.</p>



<p><strong>SASTOJCI:</strong></p>



<p>1.5 kg mljevenog mesa koje mora biti malo masnije (svinjetina)</p>



<p>Glavica kiselog zelja 2 kg</p>



<p>0.3 kg riže (ne bi smjelo biti više od 25% količine riže u omjeru s mesom jer će sarma biti suha)</p>



<p>1 glavica češnjaka (10 češnja)</p>



<p>1 jaje</p>

<p>Lagano prepržite luk na masti. Pomiješajte mljeveno meso, rižu, 1 jaje, nasjeckani češnjak, Vegetu, Vegeta Maestro crni papar, Vegeta Maestro ljutu papriku, Vegeta Maestro slatku papriku da dobijete jednoličnu smjesu.</p>

<p>Ispucale i manje listove narežite na sitne komadiće i dio zelja stavite na dno posude u kojoj će se kuhati sarma, a dio rasporedite između redova sarme. Posložite sarme, dodajte domaće kobasice i sušeni špek, lovor list, te&nbsp;<a href="https://www.podravka.hr/proizvod/crni-papar-zrno/">Vegeta Maestro papar u zrnu</a>. Sve zalijte sa vodom da prekrije svu sarmu i stavite na srednje jaku vatru.</p>

<p>Nakon što zakipi kuhajte 90 minuta (povremeno protresite lonac), te dodajte zapršku od ulja, brašna i&nbsp;<a href="https://www.zacini-inspiracije.hr/monozacini/slatka-paprika">Vegeta Maestro slatke paprike</a>. Kuhajte još 30 minuta i vaša sarma je spremna za kušanje.</p>
