<p>Buhtle su jedan od onih slatkih kolača koji nas vraćaju u djetinjstvo, a njihova priprema postaje posebno primamljiva u hladnijim danima. Kako temperature padaju, nema boljeg načina da ugrijemo dom i obradujemo obitelj nego mirisom svježe pečenih buhtli koji se širi iz pećnice. </p>



<p>Meke, mirisne i punjene raznim nadjevima – od marmelade, čokolade pa sve do orašastih plodova – buhtle su savršen izbor za popodnevni čaj ili kao topla užina nakon boravka na svježem zraku. Hladnije vrijeme idealno je za dizana tijesta jer sporije dizanje omogućava buhtlama da postanu prozračne i meke, čineći ih neodoljivima svakome tko ih proba.</p>

<p><strong>SASTOJCI:</strong></p>



<p>&#8211; 1.5 dcl toplog mlijeka, 2/3 kockice svježeg DiGo kvasca, 1 žlica šećera, ½ žlice brašna</p>



<p>&#8211; 750 g brašna za dizana tijesta (može i glatko)</p>



<p>&#8211; 15 dkg šećera</p>



<p>&#8211; 2 dcl toplog mlijeka</p>



<p>&#8211; 2 jaja</p>



<p>&#8211; 1.5 vanilin šećer</p>



<p>&#8211; korica 1 limuna</p>



<p>&#8211; 1 žličica soli</p>



<p>&#8211; malo maslaca</p>



<p>Premaz – 2 žlice otopljenog maslaca + šećer u prahu</p>



<p>Nadjev po želji</p>



<p><strong>PRIPREMA:</strong></p>



<p>U 1.5 dcl toplog mlijeka razmutiti 2/3 kockice svježeg <a href="https://www.konzum.hr/web/products/digo-svjezi-kvasac-42-g">DiGo</a> kvasca, 1 žlicu šećera, ½ žlice brašna i ostaviti sastrane da se diže.</p>



<p>U brašno staviti šećer, vanilin šećer, koricu limuna i sol. </p>



<p>U toplom mlijeku razmutiti jaja. Otopiti maslac i malo prohladiti i u njega dodati jaja te malo izmućkati. </p>



<p>U posudu s brašnom staviti kvasac, maslac, mlijeko s jajima. </p>



<p>Zamijesiti tijesto (barem 10min mikserom), ostaviti da se diže i udvostruči volumen (cca 1 sat). </p>



<p>Tijesto malo premijesiti. </p>



<p>Ja osobno cijelo tijelo tijesto razvaljam na debljinu do 1 cm i razrežem na jednake komade. Po receptu piše izvagati loptice po 80g. Razvaljati lagano svaku, napuniti nadjevom i dobro zatvoriti u buhtlu. </p>

<p>Slagati u protvan. Premazati rastopljenim maslacem, lagano posipati šećerom u prahu i odmah staviti u hladnu pećnicu. </p>



<p>Uključiti pećnicu na 170, peći tako otprilike 35 min, pojačati pećnicu na 180 i peći dok buhtle ne dobiju lijepu, smeđu boju. </p>



<p>Izvaditi, prohladiti, posipati po želji šećerom u prahu.</p>
