<p>Ako si ikad na aerodromu kupio panini po cijeni manjeg servisa auta, nisi sam. Dobra vijest: <strong>u većini slučajeva smiješ unijeti hranu u avion</strong>. Loša vijest: ne smije baš sve, jer se dio hrane tretira kao “tekućina/gel” i onda zapinje na securityju.</p>



<p>U nastavku je praktičan vodič (bez panike i bez bacanja hummusa u kantu).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Zlatno pravilo: “kruto prolazi”, “kašasto ide pod tekućine”</h2>



<p>Najjednostavnije:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Kruta hrana</strong> gotovo uvijek prolazi u ručnoj prtljazi.</li>



<li><strong>Tekuća i gel/kašasta hrana</strong> ide pod pravilo 100 ml (osim iznimaka poput hrane za bebe i medicinskih potreba).</li>
</ul>



<p>Ako se može <strong>razmazati, izliti ili istisnuti</strong>, velika je šansa da će je tretirati kao tekućinu/gel.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Što smiješ unijeti u avion (najčešće bez problema)</h2>



<p>Ovo su “sigurni klasici” za ručnu prtljagu:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Sendviči, wrapovi, baguette</strong> (domaći ili kupljeni)</li>



<li><strong>Peciva i pite</strong> (da, i burek/pita u pravilu prolaze, samo pazi na mirise)</li>



<li><strong>Keksi, čokolada, granola/energetske pločice</strong></li>



<li><strong>Orašasti plodovi, suho voće, čips i grickalice</strong></li>



<li><strong>Sir u komadu</strong> (tvrđi = manje problema)</li>



<li><strong>Voće</strong> (za let ok; za ulazak u neke zemlje vidi dio o carini)</li>
</ul>



<p><strong>Tip:</strong> spakiraj hranu u jednu kutiju ili zip vrećicu da je lako izvadiš na kontroli (security voli kad je pregled brz i čist).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Što najčešće ne prolazi (ili prolazi samo u “mini” verziji)</h2>



<p>Ovdje se ljudi najčešće zeznu, jer “to nije tekućina, to je… pašteta”.</p>



<p>U praksi, ovo često tretiraju kao <strong>tekućinu/gel</strong>:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>jogurt, puding, juha</strong></li>



<li><strong>umaci i dressing</strong></li>



<li><strong>hummus, namazi, paštete</strong></li>



<li><strong>ajvar i slične “mazalice”</strong></li>



<li><strong>maslac od kikirikija</strong> (poznat primjer koji često završi u kanti)</li>
</ul>



<p>Ako želiš baš to nositi u kabinu: <strong>mini pakiranja (do 100 ml)</strong> u prozirnoj vrećici. Sve veće radije u predanu prtljagu.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Hrana za bebe i posebna prehrana: iznimke postoje</h2>



<p>Ako putuješ s bebom ili imaš medicinski/special-diet razlog, često možeš ponijeti i više tekućine/kašaste hrane nego standardnih 100 ml, ali računaj na dodatnu provjeru na sigurnosnoj kontroli.</p>



<p><strong>Tip:</strong> drži sve na jednom mjestu i budi spreman kratko objasniti što je.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">“OK za avion” nije isto što i “OK za ulazak u državu”</h2>



<p>Ovo je najveća zamka.</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Security</strong> gleda sigurnost leta (tekućine, opasni predmeti).</li>



<li><strong>Carina i fitosanitarna kontrola</strong> na dolasku gleda što smije ući u zemlju (posebno meso, mliječno, voće, sjemenke).</li>
</ul>



<p>Znači: možeš ponijeti jabuku u avion, ali ako sletiš i zaboraviš je u ruksaku, u nekim državama to može biti problem. Najpametnije: <strong>pojedite do slijetanja ili bacite prije izlaska</strong>.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Trikovi da ti hrana ne završi u kanti (a novčanik ne zaplače)</h2>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Sve “kašasto” tretiraj kao tekućinu</strong> (100 ml pravilo).</li>



<li><strong>Hranu složi tako da se lako pokaže</strong> (1 kutija/1 vrećica).</li>



<li><strong>Izbjegavaj “messy” stvari</strong> (umaci, salate s dresingom), ili ih nosi mini.</li>



<li><strong>Nosi suhe opcije</strong>: pločice, orašasti, sendvič bez umaka, keksi.</li>



<li><strong>Na presjedanjima</strong>: ako kupuješ tekućine/gel nakon securityja, ostavi ih zatvorene do kraja putovanja (nekad pomaže kod transfera).</li>
</ol>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Brza lista: “Da / Ne” za hranu u avionu</h2>



<p><strong>DA (uglavnom):</strong> sendvič, peciva, čokolada, keksi, orašasti, suho voće, sir u komadu, grickalice.<br><strong>PAZI (često kao tekućina/gel):</strong> jogurt, juha, umaci, hummus, namazi, ajvar, pašteta.<br><strong>POSEBNA PRAVILA:</strong> hrana za bebe, medicinske potrebe (moguće iznimke).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Zaključak</h2>



<p>Da, <strong>unos hrane u avion je uglavnom dozvoljen</strong> i može ti uštedjeti i novac i živce. Samo zapamti: <strong>kruto prolazi</strong>, a sve što se može <strong>razmazati/istiskati</strong> tretiraj kao <strong>tekućinu/gel</strong>.</p>
