<p>Jelo koje u Hrvatskom Zagorju ima kultni status, a i kod mene doma priprema se jako često. Štrukli mogu biti dizani, kuhani, kuhani pa pečeni ili samo pečeni, sve ovisi o tome što vam je ukusnije, a ja ću vam u nastavku ispisati najjednostavniji recept da uspješno savladate napraviti pečene štrukle. </p>



<p>Količina koja je navedena u receptu je za cca 20 štrukla (jedan veliki protvan ili dvije manje glinene posude kao na fotografijama).</p>



<h6 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>SASTOJCI: </strong><br> 500 gr brašna (250 gr <a href="https://www.podravka.hr/proizvod/bijelo-brasno-glatko-tip-550/">glatkog</a> + 250 gr oštrog) <br> 4 jaja <br> 1 žlica octa <br> 0,5 dcl ulja <br> malo soli <br> 2 dcl mlake vode  <br> 800 gr svježeg sira <br> 800 ml vrhnja</h6>



<p><strong>TIJESTO: </strong>od prosijanog brašna, malo soli, jednog jaja, octa, ulja i mlake vode zamijesite tijesto koje mora biti žilavo i srednje mekano. </p>

<p>Kod cijelog postupka izrade štrukli najteže je u početku izraditi dobro tijesto, jer ako tijesto nije žilavo i ako nije odstajalo barem 30 minuta (idealno je još i duže, ja ponekad ostavim i 2 sata) teško će ga biti razvući na željenu debljinu bez da popuca. &nbsp;</p>



<p>Fotografirao sam sve korake razvlačenja tijesta da vidite i
slikovno kako od kugle tijesta koje je odstajalo dobiti predivno vučeno tijesto
preko cijele površine stola. </p>



<p>Prvo uz pomoć valjka na pobrašnjenoj podlozi (najbolje čisti stolnjak) tijesto razvucite na cca 30 cm širine i onda postepeno rukama razvlačite tijesto od unutra prema van pokretima prstima. Ako niste jako spretni sa vučenim tijestom, sve možete odraditi i samo uz pomoć valjka, samo strpljivo razvlačite tijesto sve do rubova stola. </p>

<h6 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>NADJEV:</strong> izmiješajte 800 gr svježeg sira sa 400 ml vrhnja, 2 jaja i malo soli</h6>



<p>Idući korak je razmazivanje nadjeva po tijestu. Razmažite nadjev otprilike u širini od 30 cm i ostavite nekoliko centimetara praznog tijesta do ruba. Ta širina je dovoljna za 3 preklapanja. Kada postanete dovoljno spretni, tijesto možete zarolati samo uz pomoć stolnjaka. Nakon što zarolate tijesto, uz pomoć malog tanjurića za kavu ili manjeg tanjura izrežite na štrukle željene veličine (cca 10cm). </p>

<p><strong>PRELJEV:</strong> izmiješajte 4 dcl vrhnja i 1 jaje</p>



<p>Namažite protvan (idealno je ako imate glinenu posudu) margarinom ili maslacem, poslažite štrukle, te ih prelijte sa preljevom od vrhnja i jaja. </p>
