<p>Sezona je vrganja i ove godine ima ih u obilju, a tjestenina s vrganjima samo je jedno od jela koje možete pripremiti s ovom ukusnom namirnicom bogatom proteinima i siromašnom mastima. </p>

<p>U nastavku vam donosim recept koji sam često spremam jer ga obožavam. Ako želite možete dodati neku od namirnica (npr. slaninu), a jednako tako i izbaciti vrhnje za kuhanje ili češnjak ako ga ne volite. </p>

<p><strong>PRIPREMA:</strong></p>



<p>Na maslacu kratko prepržite luk i češnjak, te dodajte narezane vrganje na ploške i sve zajedno pirjajte oko 10 minuta. Dodajte malo škrobne vode (možete i temeljca ako imate), vrhnja za kuhanje, začinite po želji i još kuhajte desetak minuta dok se sve ne postane lijepo kremasto. </p>



<p>Skuhajte tjesteninu i sve zajedno pomiješajte. Na kraju naribajte sir po želji. </p>

<p>Kad jesen oboji prirodu u zlatne tonove, vrijeme je da se okrenemo sezonskim plodovima koji ne samo da hrane tijelo, već i oduševljavaju osjetila. Jesenske namirnice prepune su okusa, boja i nutritivnih vrijednosti. Obogatite svoju kuhinju ovim čudesnim namirnicama jer je jesen pravo vrijeme za eksperimentiranje s hranom – iskoristite njene plodove dok su u sezoni.</p>



<p><strong>Vrganji</strong></p>



<p>Vrganji su više od običnih gljiva – oni su pravi šumski kraljevi. Svojom mesnatom teksturom i orašastim okusom unose bogatstvo u svako jelo. Pirjani na maslacu ili u kremastoj juhi, vrganji se jednostavno tope u ustima. Iznimno su svestrani &#8211; od predjela do glavnih jela, tjestenine i rižota, uvijek su dobrodošli na stolu. <p><strong>Kesteni</strong></p>



<p>Miris pečenih kestena na svakom kutku grada signal je da je jesen u punom jeku. Ali, kesteni su mnogo više od brzinskog zalogaja dok šećete gradom. Bogati su vlaknima, vitaminima i mineralima te se mogu pripremiti na bezbroj načina – od slanih pirea do slatkih kolača. Njihova meka, blago slatka unutrašnjost donosi toplinu u svaki jesenski obrok. Isprobajte ih s maslacem i medom ili u jednostavnom pirea kao prilog pečenoj peradi.</p>

<p><strong>Buče</strong></p>



<p>Jarke boje buče i slatkast okus idealni su za niz recepata, a zbog svoje svestranosti buče su omiljene u svakom jelu – od juha do deserata. Bundeva pečena s malo cimeta i meda, juhica od buče, ili pak pire – svaki zalogaj odiše toplinom i domaćom udobnošću. Osim toga, buče su pune vitamina A, čineći ih ne samo ukusnim, već i iznimno zdravim izborom. Kad jednom krenete, teško ćete prestati eksperimentirati s ovim nevjerojatnim povrćem, koji je pravi predstavnik prekrasne jeseni.</p>

<p><strong>Kiselo zelje</strong></p>



<p>Nema boljeg čuvara zdravlja tijekom hladnih mjeseci od kiselog zelja. Ovo fermentirano povrće stoljećima je omiljeno u našim krajevima, ne samo zbog svog specifičnog okusa, nego i zbog zdravstvenih koristi. Kiselo zelje bogato je probioticima, pomaže u jačanju imuniteta te je izvrstan izvor vitamina C. Dodajte ga u sarmu, variva ili jednostavno poslužite s malo maslinovog ulja i začina – vaš organizam bit će vam zahvalan, a okusni pupoljci oduševljeni.</p>
